Product Description:
X-Words Deluxe is the highest quality, most feature-rich crossword game available for the Mac or PC. It's a fun and educational board game that allows you to place double, and triple multiplier squares, and to custom edit wordlists. The game comes with wordlists for kids, for adults and a special Shakespeare wordlist that only contains words found in the Bard's plays and sonnets! This excellent produuct seems to have a screwy download this time. I get an unpacked folder with an appplication (that runs) but no application icon. Moreover, the creation and modification dates on the file are October 1, 2003. The app reports when it starts that it is 3.0.6, but these errors don't lend confidence to the update.

Every download has worked fine and X-Words works beautifully. I teach teenages who have been booted out of regular schools and the enjoy and use X-Words extensively
