I paid the $119 a couple years back and found it useful, though some of the data entry features are a bit clumsy. Upon upgrading to Snow Leopard (which cost me $29) I found out that the Snow Leopard Compatible version of this would be a $69 upgrade. Useful? Yes. $119 to get in the door and $69 every couple years useful? No.
I've now migrated my CRM system to Bento, which is far more customizable to fit my exact CRM needs (though admittedly less "slick"). They are pretty aggressive about their upgrade fees, too, but the cost to get in the door is only $49 and the upgrades are in the $30 range.
If the upgrade fee hadn't been so high, it wouldn't have considered abandoning this app. A $29 upgrade fee would have been much more palatable. I can't help but think this developers pricing policies is costing it customers, old and new.

I picked this up in one of those Mac bundle deals about a year ago. It was a great product then but the development of this application has been aggressive. They roll out new betas weekly (or more often) and significant version upgrades appear regularly. Support is nothing less than stellar. The developers consider and frequently adopt user feedback. The application is attractive and useful. Linking of users, to dos, events, and projects is well implemented. The app can be used in a multiuser environment. The absence of documentation is a negative, but if you are familiar with the Mac environment, the app is intuitive. If you are looking for something significantly more powerful than iCal that is well thought out, I recommend starting here.
So around price, this is a pricey product when you consider you can get Microsoft's Office Home and Student edition for just a few dollars more. That includes Entourage and in my view although CP has a better interface and is snappier, from a functionality perspective it doesn't hold a candle on Entourage. Entourage has the best e-mail client for the Mac, a Notes module a much much more. I'd love some competition to Entourage and I really thought CP would be it. But it needs integration also in terms of the overall product. Search of all modules (no Notes module yet) requires spotlight and although spotlight is fast, its also very limited and can return way too many results. the product needs a search function built into it that has SQL like capability that can search across modules.
If you can get this on a half price deal at MacZot it might be worth it to you for its additional power. It is definitely much more powerful than iCal and Addressbook. However, at the full price it is very expensive and in my case its turned into a huge disappointment.
