Product Description:

There are two ways you can describe WhereDidAllMyMoneyGo? : as an application to track all your posessions, income and expenses or as a personal Multi-Currency double entry accounting package. I personally prefer the first description, as the second description might scare people without an accounting background : Anyone who needs to have an overview on his finances can benefit from using WhereDidAllMyMoneyGo?.

What's new in this version:

  • Budgeting. Please read the budgeting manual for more info.
  • All home grown tables have been replaced with native Carbon databrowser. Biggest advantage of these are
    • Apple writes maintains them, so less work for me
    • Tables can be sorted by clicking on the column header
    • The order of cells can be changed
    • When Apple decides to change the way table look, the tables in WDAMMG will follow.
    • When needed, you can select multiple rows on a table
    • Quite easy to use, almost as preferment as my own.
  • but some drawbacks were discovered when it was to late to return
    • No color! I cannot draw different tablecells in different colors. I
    • No printing. If Apple does not add printing support to databrowsers, I'll add it myself. But currently, I still look at Apple.
  • You can now combine 2 or more transactions into one. Useful to clean up wrong bookings (combine the wrong booking and the repair into one, and all that is left is what should have been entered).
  • Much requested! You can set the color of expense types and master expense types for display in pie charts yourself. Expense types without a color of their own will automatically get the color of their master type if that one has a color set. If no colors are assigned, WDAMM will use its own palette of saturated colors.
  • The background of popup-lists is no longer shaded. Simple white background used instead.

I caught a 12 pound rainbow trout right in front of my house on the Musconetcong River today. How cool is that. Oh yeah, I really like this application. It's just what I needed. It worked well for me.

Finally check out this app. I open it and I get a a menu bar, but no windows and no way to open any windows. I download the "manual" and it provides no help whatsoever. What gives?

All you negative chappies- this area is for feedback- an intelligent, knowledgable critique of a product. This ganging up, let-me-get-a boot-in carry on is a waste of everyone's time.
