Product Description:

TextWorks is a very quick and efficient text editor for Mac OS X. It can open any text file type and save into several. It provides all standard text tools and adds loads of new ones. TextWorks is a full-featured text editor complete with styled text printing capabilities and the possibility to export files into many formats, including RTF, HTML and standalone program form.

What's new in this version:

Version 3.2, now a Mac OS X application bundle (.app), adds a toolbar Findfield for Quick Find (Command-F), a BabelFish-powered Internet translation feature, and a Color menu item into the Style menu. New in this version is also the use of sheets for save operations, making it possible to continue working in other documents even if a window is displaying the save file dialog box. The text style controls are now aligned in the bottom of the window, and the application's Dock tile menu features commands for creating a new document and for opening the application's preferences.

open 2 differnt .rtf's. One resulting in 'ecxeption blabla', the other the program hanged indefinitely.

editor, with one feature that sets it apart - the ability to send your text file as an e-mail. I'd give the program five stars, except that it requires you to fill in your smtp data for every e-mail send. In the OS-9 version, that part was automatic.
