Hard to use, hard to configure, ugly web UI, and even uglier Mac client.

Don't try to install the software somewhere else than in /Application or it will delete /Application completely ! :((

About the product itself... I use it on a regular basis, as well as JIRA and FogBugz. FogBugz is the tracker I preferer, and JIRA just after. TestTrack Pro is good, but not the best by far IMHO.

Developer, please include the minimum system requirements for your software in your description. It will help many people to avoid the frustration of having downloaded your program, only to discover that it will not function on their system. Thanks a lot! This should really be a mandatory requirement for all VT developers, in my view...but that is just my opinion. :)
