No problems here. 10.3.3 on a DP 1 GHz G4, don't know why everybody else is having problems...

SETI@home won't work - Version: 3.08, 3/21/2004 01:50PM PST

First.
I have been a member of SETI for years, I have completed 1053 units on three successive Macs. I recently switched from a G4 iMac to a G4 iBook and loaded SETI 3.0.8 on the new machine. The program will run but it will not start from a hot corner nor will it start after a specified time. It will only start if I double-click the SETI icon. It will run, thus started, but when I quit the program it promptly forgets all the work it has done.
I am running an iBook G4, 800MHZ, combo drive, 640 MEG RAM. I use Mac OS 10.3.3. SETI ran perfectly on my previous machine, an iMac 800 with 1gig RAM and Mac OS 10.3.2. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Is there a fix?
Second.
My present email address is <uncleclyde@earthlink.net>, previously I completed perhaps 250 units as <UncleClyde@aol.com>. Is it possible for you to add those early units to my present total?
