Product Description:

Ever wished you could just yell at your alarm clock, and it would turn off? Does reaching across the bed use too much energy in the morning? We hear you. Waking up should be an easier process, right? Now it is. Sleep Blaster is the alarm clock of the future. When the alarm rings, it gives you a chance to yell. When it hears you, it will stop the alarm! It's that simple.

But there's more: Sleep Blaster doesn't let you make mistakes. With its revolutionary Stupidity Prevention System technology, Sleep Blaster will notice if you set the alarm for an unlikely hour, and will make sure you know what you're doing!

What's new in this version:

Sleep Blaster is now Snow Leopard and 64-bit compatible! This release includes some visual enhancements as well as fixes for bugs in Mac OS X 10.5 and 10.6. It also includes a new volume level meter in the Voice Control preferences, so you can more accurately set the microphone sensitivity to listen for you yelling in the morning.
  • Snow Leopard-style white border around the Stupidity Prevention System message
  • Sound volume level meter in the Voice Control preferences
  • Sleep Blaster is now 64-bit compatible!
  • Snow Leopard bug where a warning message shows up behind the clock display when it shouldn't
  • Snow Leopard bug where the alarm screen wouldn't go away
  • Snow Leopard bug where the alarm Off and Snooze buttons would sometimes become obstructed
  • Snow Leopard crasher when the alarm rings
  • Bug that causes multiple Sleep Blaster icons to show up in the menubar and become unresponsive after waking the computer from sleep
  • Memory leaks

"Alarm clock that actually turns off when you yell at it"

Now that's just all I need...a surefire way to miss appointments since all I have to do is yell at my alarm in a sleepy haze and it'll shutoff.

Believe I'll pass. :-)

But I require a snooze. If it could recognize the difference between "Shut off!" or "Enough!" and "Snooze please!" now that would be great.
