Product Description:

Just give Date Difference two dates and/or times, and it tells you the length of time between them. There are preferences for what units to enable or disable (days, hours, minutes, and/or seconds), and it compensates for the disabled units with the next largest enabled unit (for example, if the difference between the dates is 1 day and 2 hours, but you disable days, then it becomes 26 hours). Stuff I’m planning on adding include support for weeks, months, and years, as well as possibly iCal integration, as well as porting it to the iPhone (as soon as I get my developer membership).

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.5 Intel
  • Mac OS X 10.5 PPC

Additional Requirements:

  • Currently it requires OS X Leopard
  • but I am working on getting support for older versions of OS X
  • too.

Date Difference ReviewI agree with roorooroo - Version: 1.1, 7/23/2008 08:57PM PST

...put in the number of days in the interval. Or instead of a known ending 'date' - being able to type in the reverse where it's an input of let's say, 14 days and 10 hours and make it where the 'date' is figured out.

Date Difference ReviewI'd like it even more if... - Version: 1.1, 7/23/2008 07:29AM PST

... I could put in the number of days in the interval, and have it give me the date. Working with 15, 30, 90 and sometimes 120 day deadlines is always a pain when I have to count ahead in iCal.

It works just fine for me on a G4 Dual 1GHz, 10.4.11
