This Kanji Go is so perfect for learning chinese vocabulary! I love how I can just browse around, with instantly fast searching, to see what different parts of a phrase mean. I haven't used the flash cards yet but I expect this will be helpful too. It makes me want to compose something in chinese..

Your download only provides the Intel version. Where is the PPC one? Did you forget to load it in the dmg file?

This is the best app for learning Japanese so far, and it is being improved on a regular basis. I use it daily.

For those using newer Macs, I've just submitted an Intel-compatible version of Kanji Go to versiontracker, which should appear here shortly. For PowerPC Mac users, please use the 'Alternate OS' download link.
Both versions are available immediately at:
http://www.redkitsune.org/downloads.html
If you encounter any troubles/bugs/features you absolutely need, please let me know. I've tested Kanji Go on a MacBook C2Duo (2GHz) and a 12" PowerBook G4 (1.5GHz), both running OS X 10.4.11- thus I'm eager to hear how it fairs on the Leopard front.
Best,
-Scott

Does not work on Intel MacBook Pro running Leopard - Version: .7d, 7/17/2008 06:26AM PST

Unfortunately, I could not get this application to work on my MacBook Pro running Leopard. The application opens, loads dictionary (apparently), but does not accept any input.
The developer does state that it was designed to work on a PPC Mac using Tiger, and it may be limited to that configuration :-(
Any chance for a programming upgrade? Gambatte kudasai!
