But "Invisibility Toggler" 1.0.3 (for Tiger) has been "old reliable" for me for over a year. Solid. Free. Still, I'm gonna try "iShow Invisible" and see if I really can use the extra "features."

When I click on the "Hide Quit" radio button the last app I hid comes to the front, but with Finder selected.
Otherwise, it works quickly and, so far, with no glitches.

The first time I used it to show invisible files, it just quit the Finder. When I clicked 'Hide', it relaunched the Finder. After that, it behaved as advertised. I'm running fully-updated Tiger.
