This set of scripts makes it easy to navigate and edit an InDesign layout while rarely needing to take your hands off the keyboard to reach for the mouse. You can now easily make the current selection 'jump around' throughout the document - 'nudge' something here or there with the arrow keys, jump to a text frame, enter some text, jump from text frame to text frame, and paste some boilerplate into it...

The link takes you to a site where you have to join to get access to the download. Lame. And it's not anything to do with any Adobe download site. Real lame.
