Product Description:

Coblyn is a combination of puzzle solving and action. Your mission is to collect enough diamonds to escape from each cave, but there are many hazards to watch out for: dangerous creatures, falling boulders, and bombs.

There are 20 built-in levels, and thousands more are available with add-on level packs. Coblyn supports both its own level pack format and the common BDCFF format.

What's new in this version:

Coblyn now records high scores. For each level it remembers the most diamonds you have collected, and the fastest you have completed the level. It also records all your actions while playing the levels, so you can replay them later.
Pressing Command-Return at any time will toggle between full-screen and windowed modes.
Pressing Command-Q while in full-screen mode will quit the game (it always worked when windowed).

This is an excellent action puzzle game where you need to collect diamonds while avoiding falling objects and various exploding creatures. Although the instruction manual is imposing, you really should read it completely if you want to succeed (e.g., it really helps to know which way each creature likes to turn).

I don't know why this says both "Freeware" and "$9.95", but at least the lower levels are free. I'll post more feedback if I'm mistaken in believing that this was formerly shareware but is now freeware.
