Works fine, does the job, much as Curator http://furius.ca/curator/ which is a python script.

PhotoPage ReviewVery good app - Version: 1.6b2, 4/22/2004 01:47AM PST

pdot
This is the best freeware app of this kind I've tried. The default look is plain, but can be changed with ease. Simple, but practical features, for a simple to use app.

lamont ancient
to quickly create an acceptable page but found that the background & watermark features did not work when viewed in either IE or Safari.
