Menu Eclipse makes the Mac OS X menu bar darker i.e. its a menu dimmer!

What's new in this version:

  • Fullscreen aware. When using fullscreen apps like Photoshop, VLC and DVD Player, the Eclipse will also hide like the menu bar does.
  • Menu Eclipse icon in the menu bar now contains a menu.
    Enable / Disable
    Don't Hide When Cursor is Over / Hide When Cursor is Over
    Show Menu Eclipse Window...
    The double-click icon feature has been removed.
  • French localization by Yann Ricquebourg.
  • Swedish localization by me :)

The best of the lot! Unlike, MenuShade (which is not compatible with Leopard), Menu Eclipse cannot fake transparency but this may be Leopard's limitation. Other than that it is great. It is the only app of this type that does not require a restart or logout. Simply pick your settings and soothe your eyes and mind.

Great idea, but can't use at the moment because I can't really justify getting a newer Mac when the one I'm using still runs great but is on the border of not being able to do upgrade to 10.5. Oh well...
