How on earth does one collapse that big, space wasting new task portion of the panel on the top half? Dejumble would be fine if not for this aggravating space hog feature!
Not working SW, bad support

i tried to sync ipod touch and desktop dejumble, but sync has NEVER worked! :-(. so i asked for a refound, at apple store no problem, but Allan Phillips of Thinking Code Software promised me to refound - this was 1,5 months ago -, but this never happened. and he is not answering my mails. i dont understand this - bad bad support.

I find the power of this utility lies in the ability to float it, as well as quickly filter tasks using the search field. What ruins it for me is that I can't hide the New task form. While the New Task form is a fine size for what it does, I don't need it visible all of the time, whereas I do like to float my list much of the time. The amount of screen real estate that the New Task form takes up (without the ability to hide or collapse it) is a deal breaker. I hope this tool evolves slightly more towards elegant compactness so I can invest some more time and money. I will say it does look promising, but I can't quite get on board at this point-which is understandable since I think it's still in beta (forgive me if I'm wrong).

I'm definitely intrigued by this little powerhouse app and will keep my eye on it. Is there any way to collapse the New Task area when not entering in a new task? Sure would be nice for screen real estate. Overall thumbs up! Looking forward to potential future refinements : )

I'm always interested in an app that claims to help me organize my "things to do." So I took a look at this one and found it to be well done and actually easy to use. "Easy to use" is important because many times I wind up not putting down somewhere something I think of that I need to do later... This app sits in the menu bar always available. It's there no matter what "spaces" screen I'm on. It has a very "polished" look despite being at v1.0.2. And it looks nice :)
It's doesn't have a lot of bells and whistles, but it does include the basics. You can add tags to a task, assign tasks to groups, set a due date and time, assign a priority (1, 2, or 3 stars), only show tasks in a certain group, easily search for tasks by title or tag, etc. And it's pretty easy to use and looks nice!
AND, it's on sale right now! The web site says it's one day only - $10. But they also say the price will be going up to $19 (as of 12:01 am April 24, 08). So at $10 and as good as it is right now (and the potential that it will get even better), it was literally a "no brainer" for me (which is a good thing since my brain has been gone for awhile now ;-)
Two caveats: One, it's Leopard-only. Since Leopard adds a lot of nice features for developers, that might be a good thing. Two, I've only used it for an hour so I'm no expert. There might be bugs I just haven't stumbled over yet...
