Product Description:

With Playwatch you always know what iTunes is currently playing. Playwatch sits right in the menu bar of your mac displaying information about title, artist and album. Information is provided as a ticker with smooth scrolling and transition effects.

Playwatch is very unobtrusive! Just from the corner of the eye you instantly see what is playing. You do not need to click or activate something. Just look!

Do not like the current song or just want to pause iTunes for a moment? Just use the remote control buttons right from the menu bar. With only one click you select the next or previous song or switch between play and pause.

To see cover-art or lyrics just leave the mouse over the ticker for a while. And again: No clicking or activating.

Playwatch: The perfect completion for music-lovers. Informative and unobtrusive.

What's new in this version:

Playwatch 1.2.1 has no new features over Playwatch1.2.0, but the newer version has some major bugs fixed.
  • #46 Switching HUD appearance and Animation
  • #47 HUD and different Screens closed
  • #49 Update Ticker after problems while remote controlling iTunes
  • #50 1 Pixel left on screen when HUD is removed
  • #53 Some preferences get lost, when quitting and restarting iTunes
  • #54 Hovering over Remote-Control Buttons opens HUD after resizing

Needs hotkeys/keystrokes control ability but otherwise is very sweet. Will probably buy even without the feature.
