Used this program on Snow Leopard, works well, although it took about 10 bounces to start on my Aluminum 13'' MacBook, and appeared to hang for about 10 seconds after I dragged 15 FLAC tracks into the program. But converting moves nice and quickly.
"Super" Quality is 320 kbps, didn't see this documented anywhere, or what any of the other bitrates are. It also says "FLAC to WAV" then "FLAC to MP3" so I guess it's doing a FLAC to WAV to MP3 conversion. Any tags appear to be lost in the conversion from FLAC.
I'd recommend it, it's the only quick and free way I've seen to get files from FLAC to MP3 on a Mac without plugins.

At least a GUI solution to convert my MPC files to mp3 for full iTunes/iPhone support.
Very easy to use, it works great on my Quad Hackintosh. There is indeed a freeze when you drop the files on the All2Mp3 window, but it resumes after a few seconds and the conversion is flawless.
For my needs, it's the best tool out there, the other solutions are from bad programmers trying to rip off money from unaware users by proposing expensive and ugly solutions for a problem solved with open source tools a long time ago !
