Used this program on Snow Leopard, works well, although it took about 10 bounces to start on my Aluminum 13'' MacBook, and appeared to hang for about 10 seconds after I dragged 15 FLAC tracks into the program. But converting moves nice and quickly.
"Super" Quality is 320 kbps, didn't see this documented anywhere, or what any of the other bitrates are. It also says "FLAC to WAV" then "FLAC to MP3" so I guess it's doing a FLAC to WAV to MP3 conversion. Any tags appear to be lost in the conversion from FLAC.
I'd recommend it, it's the only quick and free way I've seen to get files from FLAC to MP3 on a Mac without plugins.

Worked perfectly for me

At least a GUI solution to convert my MPC files to mp3 for full iTunes/iPhone support.
Very easy to use, it works great on my Quad Hackintosh. There is indeed a freeze when you drop the files on the All2Mp3 window, but it resumes after a few seconds and the conversion is flawless.
For my needs, it's the best tool out there, the other solutions are from bad programmers trying to rip off money from unaware users by proposing expensive and ugly solutions for a problem solved with open source tools a long time ago !

I needed to convert FLAC files to MP3. I downloaded and installed this program and got nowhere. I deleted it. Happily I figured out Toast could do what I needed and I already had it installed. Sometimes you do get what you pay for!
Excellent freeware

Works very well. No funky features, just drag, drop select bitrate and go! It's free, it works, many thanks to the Dev.
Excellent, but I had a problem that was easily solved.

It does what it says and it does it very very well - just be careful with long file names.
The only trouble I had was either due to a long file name [over 40 characters] or due to trying to convert two files [both with long filenames] at the same time. I shortened the file names [less than 20 characters] and did the files one at a time and they both converted very quickly.
Excellent software which I am sure I will use again and again.

Worked well for my needs

The application downloaded and installed fine. I was/am uncomfortable with it asking for sudo access (installs with a password? What part of the system is required for that?)
But it installed. And it converted a 7.1 Mb WMA without complaint to a fully playable mp3 (320 mbps). Took about 8 minutes on a powerbook g4/867 running 10.5.4.
good price, functional software. thank you.

Not so fast, pal...

So, based on the lone rave review below I downloaded this, installed it, dragged a .wma file into it, clicked the button, and... instantly got an "Applescript Error" message saying that it's unable to open this, or any, file, so, despite the glowing review below, I'd say SKIP IT!!
