Mac OS X desktop application for:

Managing GPS tracks; including import of GPS files and direct import from GPS devices
Google maps (offline) browsing; including visualization of the tracks
Geotagging of photos
Realtime GPS tracking

This application mainly adresses the ambitious hobby photographer who wants to link photos to GPS tracks. Nevertheless, even without a GPS device you can use myTracks as an (offline) Google maps browser. With a GPS device like a Wintec WBT2-01, a Magellan or Garmin you can directly import your tracks from the GPS device.

What's new in this version:

Only one bug fix versus Dev2: When navigating along a track using arrow keys, the map view is always centered to the selected track point.

Yes, I am reviewing and adding my rating to counteract that silly person who gave it one star just because it won't run on 10.4.

If you are messing with GPS, surely you can afford a OS or computer upgrade ?

This is a great product that just gets better. Very impressed.

This product is an easy, affordable (free) way to geo tag your photos by syncing them to your gps trail files.

P.S. - To the previous reviewer, it seems a little unfair to me to rate a product with one star just because your system doesn't meet the clearly stated requirements.
