Product Description:

With Audio Units and hosts multiplying practically daily, users with growing collections of both soon want to be able to specify subsets of Audio Units to be loaded with particular hosts. Audio Unit Manager provides a simple way to organize Audio Units into sets so users can load just the Audio Units they need for a particular application.

This can mean accelerated application launch times and exclusion of incompatible Audio Units for some hosts. Audio Unit Manager's command line option makes it possible to select a set in an AppleScript before launching an AudioUnit host. Audio Unit Manager also makes tedious trial by error trouble shooting easier by allowing simple disabling of an Audio Unit.

fixed a bug finding old Audio Unit Manager database files

fixed a crashing bug while deleting a group currently being edited

Vienna Ensemble Audio Units show with no name (bug is in VSL, they will be posting an update)

This has virtually NO documentation and no info online as to how to work it.

It DOES NOT repeat DOES NOT allow for selecting AUs per application. It is a universal ON/OFF.

But wait! After running the app, the toolbar disappeared from all finder windows. Yeah, I can (and did) get it back (view options) but why did it go south?

Also, Little Snitch reports that the program wants to phone home on every launch. And why is that??? Checking for a new version?

I'd stay away. As for the vendor, I say "Come back when you grow up." When the app does what it says in your hyperbole, maybe then. The phone home thing? Not a chance.
