Doesn't work on my MacBook running Tiger - Version: 1.2, 2/24/2008 02:22PM PST

I don't understand how to use this app. I've tried using its File->Open... menu to open KML files saved from Google Earth and the resulting utrekGE window shows NOTHING. Clicking on the toolbar icons also does nothing. There's no built-in help and the web page is no help either.
