- Choose from the chords that matter. Printed chord books don't have all possible chords. Digital chord books generate too many. We give you only the chords that you may want to play and discard everything else.
- Organize chords by their musical quality, ease of play, or fret. In most cases your perfect chord will be one of the first that we show.
- Evaluate each chord on your computer before trying it on your guitar.
- Limit results to only the voicings you want: chord inversions, specific part of the fretboard, etc.

ChordMate helps you find the right chords for your music. The right chord voicings can transform a song, and ChordMate can help you find them. It won't help with learning to play them or with writing down and recording your song, but it can be very helpful for constructing beautiful and original chord progressions and creating your own arrangements. You can also use it to find new chords, build your own chord charts, or annotate your favorite songs with our chord diagrams.

If you're looking for a program that can really help you improve your guitar playing, check out "Guitar Shed". Do a versiontracker search for the link.
It's a hundred times better than this app. Guitar Shed has a chord catalog, but it ALSO has a song "slow-down" capability, play-along tools, metronome, tuner with many options, rhythm tracks, musicians organizer and much, much more. On top of all that, a license costs only $18.00.
Can anyone tell me how in the world ChordMate can be worth $30.00?. I can't see it! It *might* be worth 5 to 8 dollars, if that.
