ftp://ftp.informatik.rwth-aachen.de/pub/packages/PCBWarrior/english/
the "english" FTP drive will mount (if OSX 10.3) and then copy "PCBWarrior1_5_1e.sit" to your desktop.

VersionTracker's main link to PCBWarror still doesn't work--you get an error when you click on it: "550 Failed to change directory". I found you can download it directly from the developer's site by clicking on his company name in VersionTracker's listing on the right.
