ScreenFlow is a brand new application for creating amazing screen recordings on your Mac. Using a unique new screen capture system, powerful enough to capture the contents of your entire desktop at the same time as your video camera, microphone and computer's audio, it's simple to create beautiful screencasts. When resizing high resolution screen content into a QuickTime movie, ScreenFlow uses custom GPU algorithms to give your finished movie the best possible quality. You'll find even small text suddenly becomes legible for your viewers. ScreenFlow was designed for Mac OS X Leopard. It makes extensive use the best of Mac OS X technologies: Core Animation, QuickLook, Spotlight, QTKit, Quartz Composer, OpenGL, Core Data and many others.

- Redesigned the look of keyboard modifier display :
- More keyboard modifier events will get shown
- Keys are visible for longer
- Implemented copy & paste of both clips and actions in the same document.
- The timeline now supports a lasso for selecting groups of clips.
- Added an option in the export preset popup menu to set the default export settings for all new documents.
- Gave the mouse click radar separate animations for mouse up and down.
- Made separate mouse click up & down audio effects.
- Reduced mouse click audio volume.
- Improved smoothness of exported movies in high FPS situations.
- Moved to Sparkle for automatic software updates.
- Fixed a bug that was causing too many clips to move out of the way when adjusting the time of a clip.
- Fixed a problem cutting clips at the end of a selection range.
- Fixed a potential problem when creating OpenGL context on startup.
- Fixed issue caused by QuickTime 7.5 where frames could appear out of order in the finished movie.
- Corrected an issue with loading documents with incorrect shadow color values.
- Improved stability and performance of callout feathering.
- Worked around an issue with Quartz Composer memory corruption.
- Fixed an issue where temporary files could get left around after export.
- Fixed a problem with thumbnails of clips in the timeline fading out unnecessarily.
- The export defaults will now use the saved document name as the base filename for exporting.
- When adding a new recording, the media pane will now scroll to the clip.
- Fixed a couple of memory leaks.

Screenflow is an excellent, easy to use product. The rendering is excellent.
The editing is not a pro editor at this price. But, the fact that it has an editor puts it above Snapz and iShowU.
I've had audio driver issues with 1.5.2 that I did not have with 1.5.1 using a MacPro 8 core machine.
Might want to wait upgrading if you have the multiprocessor machines

The only mistake the previous commenter made was understating the lousiness of ScreenFlow support. ScreenFlow support, upgrades, etc are all absolutely r-i-d-i-c-u-l-o-u-s. I continually get the same error as the previous commenter which goes way beyond the classification of "bug". This so called "error" renders the entire application completely useless! And then to waste what minimal support advice they offer to simply "pass the buck" off on a handful of other applications you might be running is pathetic.
During the advent of ScreenFlow, potential was it's most rousing asset. Since then ScreenFlow hasn't made any compelling advancements at all.
Add it all up and it's easy to see that ScreenFlow is a total bust. Save your time and money and check out worthy alternatives with better support and less arrogance to think that users are going to overhaul their systems just to be able to run ScreenBlow.

well, its not like captivate and its way far from being like captivate, but for me it works well.
it does not work as perfect as captivate, but it works on my mac. captivate is still not available for mac. :-)
well, after recording i have to reedit the video, but thats fine for me.
i can highly recommend screen flow.
