Product Description:
With Entourage Exchange Accounts Optimizer, you can ensure your on-line Exchange mailbox never gets full. This utility automatically moves old mail from your Exchange account to a replicated structure within Entourage. You select how many days of mail to keep in Exchange and EEAO does the rest. It can handle multiple accounts and be set to run automatically. Best of all it works in both Tiger & Leopard for Entourage 2004 and 2008.
What's new in this version:
- New redesigned interface.

This little app has save many hours for our users! Why bother sorting your mail and making sure your inbox on the exchange server never gets full? EEAO does it for you and you can set it to run automatically when you open Entourage. We set ours to move mail onto the users computers after it reaches 30 days old so they never get full mailboxes.
Excellent app - and even better that we can rely on it being updated in a timely fashion!
I'd happily recommend it to anyone who uses Leopard, Tiger and Entourage with an exchange server or Kerio Mail server!

What can I say? It works!
It is brilliant, simple, foolproof, fast and worked exactly as expected the first time I tried it (within minutes of starting it up) and without have to read any manual, go through a wizard or anything.
1. Double click app
2. Pick which exchange account to slim down (if you have multiple)
3. Pick a local folder in Entourage to move the messages to and mirror the directory structure of your Exchange account in (I just called it "Exchange Backup")
4. Tell the program how many days of messages to leave in Exchange (I set it to 180 to leave 6 months in Exchange)
5. Tell the program to go. In no time flat it will move all the older messages to your local machine. It took less than an hour to move over 3GB of messages spanning 2 years off of Exchange into the local backup and left the 6 current months of messages in Exchange.
