Soundfly is a very little utility that just sends the audio of one Mac to another, using built-in Mac OS X Tiger technologies, and Soundflower.

Does exactly what it says, and does it without any fuss. Lots of nice streaming options for the codecs too if you want to fine tune to suit the speed of your network. Only thing missing really is maybe a volume control of it's own, but it doesn't really mater because you can control the volume on an app by app basis.
So great little app, and that's £15 cheaper than it's ridiculously over priced competitor [airfoil].
