Product Description:

DropDownloadURL is a utility for batch downloading and aggregating resources from a given URL.

DropDownloadURL will optionally collect the downloaded files into subfolders of the destination based on their extension. Each such subfolder is named using the common extension of the files it contains.

What's new in this version:

In the previous update the option to preserve file comments during aggregation was added. This was because it was discovered comments were lost when the files were moved. It turns out this bug only exists in the Tiger version of Mac OS X, and not Leopard. Therefore now the program will not copy file comments if this option is selected in Leopard since it would be redundant and waste time. (Note the the downloaded file will have their comments set to the location URL if that option is selected.)

Operating System Requirements:

This product is designed to run on the following operating systems:

  • Mac OS X 10.5 Intel
  • Mac OS X 10.5 PPC
  • Mac OS X 10.4 Intel
  • Mac OS X 10.4 PPC
