That is the question.
First of all they are so desperate and so far in debt they are downloading a program they can't pay for in the first place.
A program like this should be freeware, lend a hand to those who need it.
Write another program for the well-to-do and give this program for the people having troubles.

if I download the link with Safari, the resulting Pay It Down.dmg file will not mount with "mounting failed". If I try to double click the .dmg file, it says "The following disk images failed to mount Pay It Down.dmg error -199"
If I option-click the download link, and then double click the payitdown.dmg.gz file, I get ""Unable to unarchive "payitdown.dmg.gz" into "Downloads". (Error 1 - Operation not permitted.)
