I tested this as a replacement to Clipboard Sharing, which the author states doesn't work on Intel, when in fact we use it on all our Intel Macs (with Tiger/Leopard).
However Copy and Paste Extreme doesn't work on any of our G5 Macs running Leopard. We can elect to send or receive, a dialog shows on the display that the item was sent (who needs an annoying dialog to know what we just did?), and it immediately quits from the G5's system with no change in Clipboard contents. Or crash log or anything else.
For a one trick pony it has potential, just needs more training...:-)
