Excellent Utility! Now different clients can be set to run at different times, not taking to much resurces from the Time Machine server!
Adds what Apple left off

I use this because I have no need for hourly backups. I back up once a week at midnight so it doesn't matter how much time it takes while I sleep. I'm not sure why Apple determined that I couldn't choose my back-up interval. WTF?
I don't see why you would need this at all. - Version: 2.5.3, 2/1/2010 08:20AM PST

Time Machine is automatic, and for the minimum amount of time it runs an hour I don't even notice it when it does run. The longer you prevent Time Machine from backing up means it will run longer when it does backup. Also that is potential data lost if something bad should happen within that period of time you don't back up.
I would leave Time Machine alone and let it do its job and be assured that your data is backed up.
