Product Description:
Make live movies of your Mac's screen, capture everything that's happening there, including mouse pointer, selections and movements in real-time!
With on-the-fly voice recordings, you can easily describe what you are doing on-screen. Simply use the built-in microphone or any external audio source or input device connected to your Mac.
You can actually capture movie-in-movie: Screenium records your screen just like it is including ongoing video playback in multiple windows.
Screenium is currently a beta version. This means that minor errors and bugs can occur. The final version will be completed in February 2008. Of course, the update for all registered users will be free. Feedback is always welcome! And it does it very well. Exceptional even! At $29 it is great value for what it does.
Straight forward interface, instant access to all functions. Records system audio as well as microphone inputs (some other programs don't do this well), simple interface with fixed or scalable capture areas.
Screen capture quality is great as well. Frame rate isn't a problem, even running on a 3 year old MBP with a core duo chip. I'd love to see what it does with a newer laptop.
Highly recommend this as I tried several of the other shareware, freeware and commercial programs and this one is by far the best in my humble opinion.
