Poor customer service from Freeverse.

You can see my post on the Napoleon at War page for the details. Suffice it to say, Freeverse is a very uncommunicative company, and doesn't really seem to stand by their products, or respond to pleas for help, at least in my experience. I would suggest that anyone purchase their products as a physical disk, maybe they'll actually send that out. Their online download is terrible, four days later I don't have the access code, nor my money, and no one will call me back or respond to my emails.
The demo is pretty good - but expensive

I tried out the demo a few hours and it is a nice game. The graphics are nothing but for this type of game it is sufficient. My only comment is the price, $50 for a year-old game of this type is too much. But other than that, it's good and on my MacBook Pro it was perfectly stable. Would buy if it were cheaper.

This crashes every time I try to use it. A screen asks whether I want high or low resolution and then, no matter whichh i pick, the program quits.
