Product Description:

OTRS is an Open Source Ticket Request System (also well known as trouble ticket system) with many features to manage customer telephone calls and e-mails. The system is built to allow your support, sales, pre-sales, billing, internal IT, helpdesk, etc. department to react quickly to inbound inquiries. OTRS is well known for being painful to install, but youâll never know it when you use a JumpBox. Itâs one click and about 2 minutes to having a full installation of OTRS ready and waiting to serve your customers. This JumpBox is based on the 1.1 JumpBox Platform and includes a backup system that supports archiving the state of the JumpBox to NFS, Windows File Shares and Amazon S3.

What's new in this version:

This JumpBox is now running on the production release of the v.1.1 platform and includes all the enhancements listed in this post: http://www.jumpbox.com/node/1092 Most notably this includes:

built-in automated backups to Amazon S3
integrated web stats for the application
GUI-based SSL cert configuration tool
GUI-based method for configuring an email relay
update of the underlying OS to Ubuntu Base 8.04 LTS
