Palm OS Emulator CommentaryPalm Software Running on Apple iPhone!? - Version: 3.5, 7/2/2007 12:31AM PST

peachdude
I thought a great idea would be to make this emulator run as a widget or program on the Apple iphone that just came out. Then all us palm users who are going to get a iPhone anyway could still use all our old palm programs. Since its already running in Mac OS X it should not be too hard to port it to work on the iPhone which runs a slimmed down version of OS X. since its such a simple program in comparison to many other larger programs on the mac I would think it would run just fine being under 10mb. With the iPhone having so much more processing power then the best palm out there it should be a breeze to run a palm emulator on it. I know I would pay to be able to run all the palm software thats out there and that I have already payed for on my iPhone and I know there are a lot of other people out there too who would like to see the same thing. Thanks for your time I just thought it would be a cool idea that lots of people would be interested in seeing availabe and be willing to pay for.

Palm OS Emulator ReviewStill no update? - Version: 3.5, 9/6/2005 11:16AM PST

Sadly, this used to be a very useful software. But with my OSX 10.3.9 setup, it wigs out badly, and isn't reliable, even for scrolling up & down. I really hope that there will be further updates so it is again usable. Does anybody else have a better experience with a Palm emulator?
