this is a unique product for my WinMo and Mac syncing. i think there's a new service syncfony for syncing contacts and SMSs between a wide range of nokia devices and the mac. i have yet to try this piece of software for nokia s40.
Thank you!

I like this app. I did have a little problem with the initial setup, mainly because I had difficulty understanding the poorly worded documentation. After doing numerous online searches, I discovered that to connect via wifi I needed to launch the SyncMate app on my Windows Mobile device. Then either select "Allow All" or add the IP address of the Mac I was syncing from.
SyncMate has a nice option to Clear the contents of your mobile device Contacts, Calendars, etc. Then you can do a one-way install from your Mac to get a clean initial loading of your data. That's a LOT easier than deleting your duplicate Contacts one by one.

This actually looks like a great piece of software, well done Developer. Is it possible that you might be able to extend development to the iphone where I am completely missing the ability to sync to my mac's Entourage and its notes, contacts etc.. in fact most of which this app seems to do for Windows mobiles.
I can't believe the lack of interface ability for the iphones, only being able to sync to ical, mail - only the generic apple apps. We are completely missing the wider interface and entourage is arguably the most popular and essential sync missing
Thanks...

I've been an avid PPC user for about 5 years and have had Macintosh computers since the 1980's. I used PocketMac until the upgrade to WM 5.0 and was never very happy with it. Just the simple problem of keeping calendars synched has driven me crazy. And the bugs.... I ended up devoting a big chunk of my hard disk to a Windows installation, just to deal with the Pocket PC (Ipaq 2495).
So I downloaded the free version of Syncmate and it all worked! My calendars, my contacts, internet use while plugged into the Mac. I haven't had any problems, installation was easy, the free version does what I need. And I finally can delete the Windows side of the Mac as unnecessary. That frees up a lot of space on the Mac.
The interface on SyncMate is very clear and usable. I might wish to have the window reduced to just the contact and status bar, but, hey, it's free. The only other wish I have would be the ability to add new applications to the PPC via the Mac. You have to pay for that. I'm not complaining, of course. And I can still go over to a friend with a Windows machine if I really need to.
My deepest thanks to the people that made this possible.

Took over 10 minutes to sync 1 playlist.
Does iPhoto albums of same size much faster.
Looking forward to the finished bug free product.
Hopefully I can afford it!

Won't connect with Samsung Blackjack - Version: 1.1.0.311, 2/18/2008 12:00AM PST

Everything downloads and installs smoothly, but when attempting to connect, it says I need to configure my security settings to "unlock application". There seems to be no option to do this on the blackjack (windows mobile 5). Anyone else try this?
