Product Description:

PageSpinner is an HTML editor for Mac OS that supports HTML, XHTML , PHP, SSI, CSS, JavaScript, suitable for both the beginner and the professional web author. The PageSpinner package contains examples, tools, hands-on kits, built-in help and a tutorial to let you learn and master HTML. The editor provides quick access to often used markup and formatting, and supports an HTML Assistant to help compose your Web pages, plus live previews, built-in FTP support, live view of dynamically created pages on a web server, support for executing shell commands from within the application, and more... The Web development package also includes free registrations of MapSpinner, Optima's HTML image map editor, and CamSpinner, the video and web cam utility.

What's new in this version:

Improved compatibility with 10.5 Leopard, added option to auto-check HTML and PHP syntax every time a page is saved, added web site commands in the application's Dock menu, support for linking to iPhone-supported movie file formats, new option to select the browser identification when downloading pages via HTTP, plus user interface enhancements, bug fixes, and more.

The script under pagespinner's script menu, "Find and Replace in Folder ..." does not go into sub-folders of these root folders or sub-folders of these sub-folders.

I really need this capability since my entire website has 100s of sub-folders.

This is a very nice product. I've been using it for a while now without any complains. It's been over a year without any new releases and would like to see this software going forward.

I've been using Pagespinner for years. I love it! I love the way it doesn't add a bunch of garbage to my HTML. It's one of the few shareware programs I've actually paid for. Well worth it! My only complaint is that I wish it had a Windows version. I work on both computers and I have to do the Windows pages the hard way.
