Cocktail ReviewThis Edition of *censored*tail requires Leopard - Version: 4.5, 11/21/2009 11:37AM PST

WOT ?
The previous edition worked fine under Snow Leopard.
Along comes the new version 4.5 and it says it requires Leopard, and so will not launch under Snow Leopard.
What exactly is going on here ??

With the latest update I have been getting at least 5 Temporary "Desktop" files in my Home file.. I've had *censored*tail for a few years and never had this problem. Is there any thing I can do to remedy this nuisance?
Please Help

Cocktail Troubleshooting ReportBroken - Version: 4.4.1, 8/13/2009 02:17AM PST

Since I installed version 4.4.1 it does not work anymore. When I launch it, it asks for an admin password but does not except it then, although the PW is correct.

Console.log:
13.08.09 11:05:48 *censored*tail[5232] Could not launch Kechain Scripting.
13.08.09 11:05:51 *censored*tail[5232] Failed authentication for XXXXX.

I already deleted all *censored*tail cachs and preferences, did not help. Reverting to 4.4 does not help either.

Downloaded the latest version on an Intel machine with the same results. Had to uncheck weekly scripts in order for it to work. Just hangs and when I do a force quit, it says app not responding. then when I uncheck weekly, all works well.

Cocktail ReviewPotential Problem with rev. 4.3.2 - Version: 4.3.2, 3/20/2009 10:00AM PST

I have used *censored*tail since it was first introduced, and have been very pleased with its capabiity and performance. However, this is the first version tha I have had any difficulty with. After running 4.3.2 and restarting my PowerBook 17 inch, all I got was a a loud "beep" and a gray screen. I turned off the PowerBook and restarted several times with the same result, but after the third try my Mac rebooted, but it took much longer than usual. I was prepared to use by backup copy of my hard drive to reinstall my drive to the level of my last backup - one week old. I am not sure what happened, but provide this feedback just in case this is a problem that affects others. A word of advice, make sure you have a back-up of your hard drive before installing *censored*tail or similar programs.
