doesn't do what it claims - Version: 1.1.0, 12/9/2007 05:41PM PST

HierarchicalDock really does give back true 10.4 functionality... hierarchical popup menu AND it will display your own folder icons... not the icons of content items. It's not quite as good as 10.4. It has a clumsy way to solving the problem, but it's good enough. Now i can switch to 10.5... after some software updates i'm awaiting for.
Darn.

I agree with the earlier comment. I was excited that we might have an option to REALLY get the Tiger Dock back, complete with hierarchical menus, but this seems to be a visual change only (no change in function). Works great for that, though.

This app doesn't change the Dock back to the look of the Tiger Dock, only changes the Leopard bottom Dock to look like the Leopard side Dock. Not a bad feature, just doesn't do what the description says (and what I was hoping) it would do.
