On the developer's site v1.3.8 can be downloaded since 2008-08-27, date of its release.
What's the matter with VersionTracker?

Not being able to select multiple items really slows down the house cleaning. Shows a lot of potential otherwise but I can clear space faster in the finder at this point.

An Exception of type NSInternalInconsistencyException was thrown. Reason: No error dictionary found for error domain MMICommon. MMICrashReporter will exit.
