iJailBreak Troubleshooting ReportTurned my 1.1.4 8GB iPod touch into a paper weight - Version: 0.5.4, 3/4/2008 08:43PM PST

I ran this thing on my 8GB iPod touch with 1.1.4 software and now I am hosed. I get the symbol to plug it into iTunes, and when I do that, I get an error dialogue box that says "iTunes could not connnect to the ipod because an unknown error occurred (0xE8000022). I've repeated the procedure but to no avail. Same thing happens when I try to follow the instructions to restore.

Amy I completely hosed?
