This product is so worth the $30 Upgrade from WireTap Pro. The help videos on their Website sold me on the power, flexibility, ease of use and non-destructive editing of this "must have" Mac Audio tool. WireTap Studio is much more "Pro" than the previous version. I haven't had a single problem with this new version and the additional features and choices are too numerous to list here. Some of the non-destructive editing features even kick Bias Peak Pro 5.2's . . . . . . Happy Recording, Editing, Tweaking, Listening and Sharing to each of you!

I have used this program now for about six months. I agree there are some needed interface changes. On the other hand, I have had no problem recording with it. Plus, with Hijack Pro I was often quitting the source application because Hijack will not copy from it unless you open HP first. Then open the source app. That was frustrating too. So, all in all that is my short take. Maybe I will try fission.

This is built in obsolescence that is designed to rip Ambrosia customers off.... I don't want to spend $70 or even the "HEAVILY" discounted price of $30 to keep up with the current OS. I already paid for Wiretap Pro!!!!
All the competing titles, such as Audio Hijack Pro and Fission, which costs $32 to begin with, offer much more for less then half of what you charge for your product.
So before investing in an Ambrosia product be aware that they will not support their product to be usable in the future.... unless you pay.
