What's new in this version:

Updated footer to fix shadow problem. This bug was introduced when Apple updated its web browser, Safari, to 'improve' their shadow rendering. It caused unsightly shadows in the Antidote theme.
Fixes blog header problem with miniature icons. Blog title would overlap the graphic on blog permalink pages as well as once the link had been visited.
This update also adds in the needed files for RapidWeaver 4.0
