Use PiP to show the picture from any webcam on your screen, nicely integrated as "Picture in Picture". Define a keyboard shortcut to smoothly fade in and out the video during a live presentation or while recording a screencast.
PiP doesn't clutter the dock with it's icon: After launching it'll automatically install a small icon in the menubar.

This program gives you a borderless window containing a live feed of video from one of three sources on a macbook pro core duo. The application is accesible via the menu bar. Before reading the instruction the program is quite intuitive, menu options are straightforward, except for flip, as it is only vertical. One I found lacking was the ability to resize the PiP image on my desktop. By default it seems isight will capture at 640x480, so there isnt much room left. Otherwise the program being free and all is a steal.
