I just noticed, by trying this, that unlike the pre-X "eyes" utilities, it doesn't follow your mouse pointer (guess I should have read what it does above first)--it follows movement in front of a camera (iSight, etc.) attached to your Mac. Still cute.

It's nice to see an "eyes" utility appear for OS X--there were a couple of these prior to OS X, but I haven't heard of any since then, until now.

Though at first this may seem like a frivolous waste of cpu memory, it is actually a very practical and useful menu bar addition. In fact I've been waiting for something like this for a long time. And, best of all — it's free!
