This tool works fine for me. I tried to look up words from English to German and German to English with no problem. Particularly the feature to translate words with just a mouse-click is really great.

I can't get it to consistently search for translations. I type in a Russian word and it gets no English results. I change it to translate Russian to Spanish and it turns up a result, and I can even change it back to Russian to English and it does give me a result this time. Also, the contextual menus don't actually appear in any of the applications that I've activated.

There are clearly some user interface bugs that prevent this application from consistently working. I shouldn't have to figure out work-arounds to get the application to behave. Nice idea, but this application performs too inconsistently for me to recommend.

I use this program to translate english texts into dutch and I found it worked very well.

Also the integration into applications such as Safari or Pages is a real highlight.

I think it's a little useful program.
