Why is it called football?
%99.999 of the game is played without the ball actually touching feet. Surely handball is a more accurate name. Now football I can understand being called football and even Rugby-football involves kicking the ball regularly but this game...

Last week I noted that I'd like a drop-down menu to move to a particular week. What do I find in version 2.2. The drop-down menu. Fantastic. The developer added it without making the widget any larger or adding any extra buttons to it or anything.

Sorry folks but it turns out that I was right the first time I reviewed this widget; that you do get the in game info when you hover your mouse over the linescore, therefore my second review was incorrect.
I forgot to turn on this option on the back of the widget when I upgraded to this version.
Just wanted to get it out there that this cool function is indeed part of this great widget.

With NCAA scores and stats now, this widget is definitely my favorite and just about the only reason i pull up the dashboard beside checking the weather or dictionary.
This widget has had a lot of improvement since it came out in August, plus a great companion baseball widget.
Only request I have is I'd like to see a menu when you click on "Week" (like when you click on "Standing") that would let you jump to a specific week. (Or some other way to select the week) If I want to see who a team is playing in the 12th week, say, it's a hassle to keep clicking over and waiting for it to load each time.
Anyway, love the widget,

I wrote in my earlier review that in game info is obtained by hovering the mouse over the linescore.
I was wrong. I confused this function with the baseball widget that I also mentioned in my previous post.
Regardless, this is still a great widget, worthy of the window real estate it occupies and your download!

Despite trying to limit my widgets to the bare minimal required, this one has made it to that list. I like the ability to see the upcoming games, scores, the data provided by moving the mouse over a game, etc. If there were more widgets this informative I may never actually need a web browser!

Very well done. Really like the ability to track both NCAA & NFL.

Here to get the update. Gonna check for a PayPal site or place to make donations. Did that with Yaus (great), Preferential Treatment (solid) and others.
