Would love to review this, but like the previous commenter notes: Crash. Boom.

The app crashes shortly after launching in Leopard 10.5.5

This is a poor-man's (free) Netflix Freak but it allows you to do the essential thing...rearrange your queue via drag & drop. And does it well.
