... yes, that's an argument. Why should web developers work hard and share their knowledge and efforts for free? The same argumentation counts for HTML coded websites.

Maybe this is also the reason why you see so many web templates offered for free these days.

Well, downloading an entire professional website and doing a rip off is not such a difficult task for someone who wants a professional website for a couple of dollars.
