Implements only side-to-side, would be better if it did front-back also, and way cool if it did up-down, too. Had to quit to get out of full-screen mode, tried all the usual suspects first, but did not read the docs.
one of those cool apps to impress your friends with

And that's truly about all it's good for, but that's fine.
I guess I would rather see the options in a preferences pane than on the main screen, but that's my only quibble.
Good stuff!

And does it well! Ok, so it hogs CPU, but I'm hardly going to care about CPU cycles while rocking my MacBook from side to side! Now, if only I could get it to do the same with the icons on my desktop.. THAT would be something!

I tilt to the left and it flows to the right and vice versa. Why is it going the wrong direction?

Well I impressed some people by showing off some built-in technology that just goes being taken for granted (hopefully).
As for phoning home- Little Snitch doesn't catch any outbound traffic while using this. What are you seeing that leads you to believe this? Are you referring to the update check?
Satisfying

Quite the most satisyfing application I've used for a while. It does exactly what I would expect it to. It's not quite liquid -- more particle flow, but I'll look forward to version 2. Doesn't do 'upside down' -- but maybe that 's because my Mac doesn't do that.
Other motion sensor toys I know of:
Bubblegym
MacSaber
SeisMac
Splash
Tile Mania
If you know of others, please reply! :-D
