What's new in this version:

Use standard status bar and divider styles and animate dividers.
Hitting Enter in tables simulates double-click, hitting Space scrolls.
Allow exporting PDFs that were encrypted with embedded notes, at least when PDFkit lets us.
New hidden preference to allow windows above presentation level.
Show colors in table for .skim documents.
Try to display the full page when scrolling to a find result.
Make sure the window title is synchronized when leaving full screen or presentation mode.
Re-enable conversion of PDF annotations to Skim notes.
Make searching a bit more efficient.
Safer save when user permission is needed.
Add newline in RTFD export template.
Fix page bubble in preview tooltips.

A good application and fills a spot - many times in the past I would love to have commented directly on a pdf but couldn't be bothered exporting it to another format to do so. This does the basics well. Yes, I would like to edit the notes format, but I can put up with the default values for the sake of the other features. And it's free! (I've just discovered there's a new version [1.3.2] and have downloaded it.)

Thanks to the people who made this app. I find it very helpful to take notes in pdf's and it saves me from having to print out documents. The ability to export my notes with a link to the pdf document is really handy. It would be nice if the notes didn't have to reside in the same folder as the document but an alias of the notes takes care of that. Would definitely recommend this.

Contrary to Version Tracker saying 1.3.1 works on 10.4 it doesn't. It's for 10.5 of higher only
